Terms and conditions

1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and agreements relating to the Soterna platform and associated services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Soterna provides the platform as a SaaS service. Availability, support and service levels are set out in the agreement and the associated SLA.
3. Confidentiality and privacy
The parties treat all non-public information as confidential. The data processing agreement, signed as an annex to the agreement, applies to the processing of personal data within the platform.
4. Intellectual property
All rights to the platform, the software and the documentation belong to Soterna. The customer obtains a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the agreement.
5. Liability
Soterna’s liability is limited as set out in the agreement. Final provisions will follow in the binding version of these terms.
